“Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.” – Ephesians 4:15

As followers of Christ, we’re called to be ambassadors of truth. However, truth without love can be harsh and damaging. When we speak truth in love, we create safe spaces for genuine connection and growth. This doesn’t mean avoiding difficult conversations – rather, it means approaching them with genuine care and concern for others. It’s about finding the balance between honesty and grace, just as Jesus did. Remember, our goal isn’t to win arguments but to win hearts and point people to Christ.

Reflection
How can you better balance truth and love in your challenging conversations this week?

Prayer
Jesus, give me Your wisdom to know how to speak truth with love. Help me to be both honest and gracious in my interactions with others. Let my words build bridges rather than walls. Amen.
