Mission To House of Hope in Honduras.
House of Hope is a ministry to women coming out of trafficking and prostitution and has branches in Nicaragua, Bolivia and Honduras. Women and children who come to this ministry learn to view themselves as valuable and worthy of a better life through a strong emphasis on education and the redeeming power of Jesus Christ. Women of Hope Honduras has a vocational program and discipleship program as well as a drop-in center for victims of trafficking and women in prostitution.
Our mission will be to minister to the women and children there in several areas, Bible studies, ministry to children, vocational training, painting, and light construction. We need 6-12 people to go who have an interest in teaching a vocational skill like cooking, sewing, art projects etc and also people who can paint and do small construction projects.
